Seven Hair Shipping Policy

At Seven Hair, each unit is prepared with care. Please read the information below before placing your order.

 

Processing Time

 

All orders require a processing period before shipping. Processing times vary by product type and are clearly stated on each product page. Processing time begins after payment is successfully received and does not include shipping time.

 

Shipping Time

 

Once dispatched, shipping times are estimates provided by the courier and are not guaranteed. Seven Hair is not responsible for delays caused by:

    •    Courier disruptions

    •    Weather conditions

    •    Customs checks

    •    Incorrect address information provided by the customer

 

Address Responsibility

 

Customers are responsible for ensuring their shipping address is correct at checkout. Seven Hair cannot be held liable for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

 

Tracking & Delivery

 

All orders are shipped with tracking. Once tracking information is provided, responsibility for delivery transfers to the courier.

 

For high-value orders, signature confirmation may be required upon delivery.

 

Lost or Delayed Parcels

 

If a parcel is delayed or marked as delivered but not received, customers must contact the courier directly. Seven Hair will assist where possible but is not responsible for courier errors.

Seven Hair Returns Policy

Due to the nature of our products, Seven Hair operates under strict hygiene and custom-order guidelines.

 

Hygiene Products

 

Wigs are considered hygiene products. For health and safety reasons, returns are not accepted once the product has been opened, worn, installed as well as altered, or customised (by either party) including plucking, knot bleaching, colouring, brushing or combing etc.

 

Custom-Made Products

 

Many Seven Hair units are custom-prepared based on customer selections (including length, lace type, colour, texture and other customisation requests such as pre-plucking, pre-bleaching or pre-styling ). Under UK law, custom-made goods are exempt from the standard 14-day right to return.

 

By placing an order, customers confirm they understand that custom-prepared wigs are non-returnable.

 

Eligible Returns (If Applicable)

No products may be returned to Seven Hair without the prior written consent of Seven Hair and are subject to a return charge.
 

If a return is approved at Seven Hair’s discretion:

    •    The item must be unused, unopened, and in original condition

    •    Lace must be uncut

    •    No signs of wear, styling, washing, or odour

 

Returns that fail inspection will be rejected and sent back to the customer.

Seven Hair Refunds Policy

Refunds are issued strictly in line with UK consumer law and Seven Hair’s product terms.

 

Non-Refundable Situations

 

Refunds will not be issued for:

    •    Custom-made or personalised wigs

    •    Wigs that have been worn, installed, altered, or opened

    •    Change of mind

    •    Delays caused by couriers

    •    Failure to read product descriptions or policies

 

Faulty or Incorrect Items

 

If you receive an item that is faulty or incorrect, you must contact Seven Hair within 48 hours of delivery with:

    •    Clear photos

    •    A description of the issue

 

If the fault is confirmed, Seven Hair will offer a replacement or refund in accordance with UK consumer rights.

 

Refund Processing

 

Approved refunds are processed to the original payment method within 10-14 business days after approval.

 

Shipping fees are non-refundable.
